How often do you visit the property?

We offer weekly and monthly plans. During the assessment visit we recommend a frequency based on the size of the property, the type of green areas and the season.

Do I need to be there during maintenance?

No. We coordinate access with you or with property management and notify you when each visit is complete.

What happens in the rainy season?

We adjust the plan to the season. Vegetation grows faster during the rains, so we increase mowing and cleanup; in the dry season we prioritize irrigation and lawn health.
